Delivery plans
Three ways to stop thinking about it. All of them optional, none of them a contract.
Automatic delivery
Never shop for oil again — and never pay more than you have to for forgetting. We watch the weather, not the calendar: every day we work out roughly how much your house burned, and we book the cheapest dealer before you get low.
- You pick the size
- 100 gallons or more. Smaller, more often, so it isn’t $900 at once.
- You pick the trigger
- A quarter tank by default. Ask for sooner, never later.
- Always the lowest price
- Every delivery goes to whoever is cheapest that week. You never shop again and you never overpay by forgetting to.
Never a short-fill fee on automatic delivery. We chose the size, so if the tank won’t take it, that’s our miss and not yours.
Straight answer on accuracy:for your first winter we’re working from your tank size, your gauge reading and what houses like yours in your ZIP use — so we’ll schedule early rather than risk late. After two fills we’re working from your house, and it gets sharp quickly.
Start with one deliveryOrder once, then turn on automatic from your receipt. Cancel any time, no fee.
Budget billing
The same oil at the same price, paid monthly instead of in $900 lumps. Nothing about the price changes — this is only the bill being spread out.
- The monthly figure comes from what your house actually used, not from last year’s gallons divided by eleven.
- Your money stays yours. You’ll see paid in · used · balance on your account, and anything left over is refunded or rolls forward — your choice.
- A missed payment doesn’t stop a delivery while your balance is positive. That oil is already paid for.
Works best alongside automatic delivery, since we can then price the monthly figure against what your house actually uses rather than a guess.
Ask about budget billing →Pre-buy
Buy the winter’s gallons in the summer at a locked price. We’ll size it to what your house actually uses, so you aren’t stuck with gallons you don’t burn.
We only sell gallons we’ve already bought. Every pre-bought gallon is covered by a purchased contract before it’s sold to anybody — which is why the program is capped, and why we’d rather run out of allocation than run out of oil.
