Short version: we collect what’s needed to get oil to your house, and we don’t sell any of it.
What we collect
Your name, address, phone, email, and the details of what you ordered. If you tell us your tank size or gauge reading, we keep that too — it’s what stops a driver arriving with more oil than your tank can hold.
We do not ask for payment details at all. You pay the dealer when they deliver, so no card number, expiry or security code is ever entered on this site or held by us.
Who it goes to
The dealer delivering your oil gets your address, phone, and anything you told us about getting to the tank. They need it to make the delivery.
Our text-message provider and our email provider handle order and delivery messages. There is no payment processor involved, because we do not take payment.
We do not sell your information, and we don’t hand it to marketers or lead brokers.
Photos of your property
If you send us photos of your tank or fill pipe, they go to the dealer serving that address so the driver can find it. They stay attached to the address, not to you, and they are never shown publicly. Ask us and we’ll delete them.
Your usage history
We keep a record of what you bought and when so we can estimate when you’ll need oil again. That estimate is only shown to you.
Dealers see how much volume there is in a ZIP code and how much of it was theirs. They never see another dealer’s customers, and they never see your history with a different dealer.
Messages
Ordering signs you up for messages about that order. Reply STOP to any of them and they end. Anything promotional is a separate opt-in — we won’t slip marketing into a delivery notification.
Asking for your data, or its removal
Email us and we’ll send you what we hold or delete it. Deleting it means we can’t look up your past orders or estimate your tank any more, which is worth knowing before you ask — but it’s your call, and we won’t make you argue for it.
Records tied to a completed sale are kept as long as the law requires us to keep them.
Cookies
Enough to keep you signed in and to know which advert brought you here. No third-party advertising trackers following you around afterward.
