Getting oil delivered in Philadelphia County

Is oil heat still common in Northeast Philadelphia?+
It is a small share of a very large number of homes. These ZIPs run from under 1% in Torresdale up to 7.6% in Wissinoming, all well below the 14% average across our area — but because they hold roughly thirteen to twenty-six thousand households each, most of them still work out to several hundred oil-heated homes apiece.
